Febaruary read
This book was chosen by a book club I am for the month of February. I heard many good things about this book from various book-tubers that I follow. I did not know too much detail about this book only that it was very popular. All I have to say is I was left stunned at the end. I had to marinate a little bit of what I just witnessed in this book.
The background story of the character Alicia was really well put together. This took me back to the movie Girl Interrupted. But this author left you wanting to keep diving in deep with the other main character Theo. I wanted to know what was going to happen next. I also enjoyed how this book was formatted. The chapters were not that long at all.
Overall this book will suck you into Alicia's world and there are twists and turns. This book is definitely a page-turner. I cannot go too much more into detail but I highly recommend this book. I did rate this book to be a 4 and a half stars. Very well written and very shocking twists. Thank you Alex for writing this book. Very well done!
